There are many occasions to give good wine as a reward to yourself or gift, expressing praise or compliments, surprising somebody, or just making yourself or someone happy.

Mosel Direct provides a comprehensive selection service, allowing you to compile order according to your personal taste and budget.

Simply let us know what your requirements are – just an email or quick phone call is all it takes, and leave everything else, right up to dispatching the orders, in our hands.

In principle we deliver following advance payment. You can pay to our bank account in China or our account in Germany. Our sales representative can deliver the ordered wines to your door and you can pay us when you receive them.

Complaints:
With our name we vouch to the best of our knowledge and belief for authenticity and perfect storing of the wines. Since, however, many of the wines from the treasure vault are unique Riesling rarities, the wines are not subject to complaints unless qualities promised to you in written form prove inaccurate.

Damages resulting from transport have to be reported immediately to the carrier or the Post Office, respectively.

We want your trust and confidence and we will stop at nothing to exceed your expectations.

Subject to quantity of bottles you order, the price can be varied. Please send us email. With your order details and we will come back to you as soon as possible with quotation.
